The Asset module is an asset database enabling the creation, management and reporting on any asset portfolio for which the Council is responsible. This could include: Street furniture Buildings Vehicles Equipment and facilities As an integrated module on the My Council Services platform the Asset Module automatically enables the creation of service requests, tasks, scheduled inspections and any associated workflow to be created against and attached to assets. In addition, the Asset Module allows for the owners to be associated with an asset and for the Council to create any required metadata fields that describe and classify the characteristics of the asset class.
