If assets uploaded from a CSV file are not displaying on your system:
- The CSV file has not been processed yet. Please be aware that the CSV file will process overnight.
- The CSV file may not have been configured correctly. Please refer to this article for information on how to configure the CSV file.
- The Categories, Sub-Categories, and/or Further Sub-Categories may not have access configured that allows for them to be viewed and/or selected.
What steps do I need to follow to amend the access for asset categories?
1. Go to Administration > Assets > Category.
2. You will be taken to the following screen, where you can add or amend asset categories for use on your system. Locate the relevant category, and click on the edit button to configure it, or click "add" to add a new asset category.
3. You will be taken to the following screen. Select the appropriate Access Levels and Roles for this asset category. Even if the access is correct, please click on
to apply them to this asset category.4. You should do the same for the asset sub-categories and further sub-categories as well, just to be safe.
