Configuring waste schedule 

When configuring a waste schedule for an assisted collection address, ensure that the assisted collection marker is applied to all three collection types: Refuse, Recycling, and Garden. A single property may have separate schedules for each type.

To do this, locate the assisted collection option at the top of the collection schedule. Select "Yes" to mark the address as an assisted collection.

Assisted collection are also specified in back-office view.

Once a collection schedule has been marked as assisted the following will appear on Mobile Ops.

Specific instructions including assisted collection will appear on the in-cab device for crews. Highlighted in green represents that the collection has been marked as assisted.
