How do I denote an address has an Assisted Collection?

Addresses will need to be updated within Community to denote an assisted collection.  Go to Community > Address.  Search for the relevant address


 


 


Within 'Assisted', any Assisted status will be visible.  If Assisted is enabled, a Review date will be visible.


 


To Add or Edit, click on 'Update'. Select Enable and Select and Review Date.  Click 'Done' to save the changes.


 


All Collection schedules and properties will be visible once saved. To review all Assisted properties and review dates, go to the Analytics module. From Analytics, go to Waste - Assisted Collections. Then, enter To and From Dates - this is the date range which you want to search to and from. Then, the results will be displayed:


 

 


Using 'actions' filters can be used to manipulate the date further and also to download the list if required.
