Service request – creating contract

 

Adding a contract after status has been set to approve

 

Once the assisted collection service request status is set to "Approved," the next step is to create a contract within the Service Request (SR). To do this, navigate to the right-side menu of the SR and select “Create”.

Click on “Contract” to create a contract which will be linked to the service request. 

 

 

Next, select a template after selecting “Contract”. You will then have the option to override the contract dates. If you choose not to override them, the contract will be created with dates automatically set based on the contract pricing duration.

After creating the contract, the overridden dates will be displayed at the top of the contract.
