How do I view the waste collection calendar and Know My Bin Day?

PRE-REQUISITES:

- Collection Schedules and Waste Data

Collection Calendar via Contact Centre

Go into Contact Centre, and search for a relevant Customer record. Enter the profile, and go to Actions -> Refuse Collection, to display any Collection Schedules assigned to their address.

By clicking on “Show Calendar”, a calendar view of the Collection Schedule will display details of the Collection Types for the property.  If “Enterprise” is enabled on your system, this will also display Missed Collection Tasks.

Collection Calendar via Community 

Go into Community -> Address, and search for a relevant address. By clicking on “Waste Calendar”, a calendar view of the Collection Schedule will display details of the Collection Types for the property. 

Know My Bin Day Tab (Mobile Only)

In the Mobile App, Customers can search for the Collection Schedule of a property via the [Know My Bin Day] Tab. When they search for an address, the following will appear to inform them.

Collection Calendar System URL

A separate URL is supplied to every MCS Waste Client, which displays all current Collection Schedules when searching by property. Organisations can embed this URL where necessary. A Customer or User is not required to log into the system to view. Note that this is available in both English and Welsh.
