Bulky Waste - Mandatory Instructions Box
The user can choose to make it mandatory for customers to complete the instructions text box for Bulky Waste and Waste Weightings component.
Administration > Bookings and appointments > Items >
1) The first step is to go to the Administration Module and then find items under the 'Bookings and appointments' section.
2) Once you have opened up the booking items page, proceed to the next step by adding or editing one of the items.
3) At this stage you will be on the bookable items page, please select 'Yes' for 'Instructions mandatory?' (as shown in the picture below).
4) When a customer is on the the service request component page, It is required that the text is entered into the 'Please provide any further instructions' box, otherwise you will be prompted with an error message.
