Mobile App graphics, icons, splash screen specs

If you want to change the Graphics...
The files need to be in a PNG 24-bit file format. All files have to be non-flattened, as high a resolution as possible, and in any of the following formats:
- EPS (Encapsulated Postscript file)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- PSD (PhotoShop Document)

If you want to change the Icons...
We need the icon in a fully rendered version with corners and shading, and a version with no corners and no shading. Please provide all of the following icon sizes:

24x24 / 29x29 / 30x30 / 44x44 / 50x50 / 50x150 / 57x57 / 58x58 / 70x70 / 72x72 / 88x88

100x100 / 114x114 / 150x150 / 159x159 / 300x300 / 310x150 / 336x336 / 480x480 / 512x512

691x336 / 720x720 / 1024x1024 / 1080x1080 / 1440x1260 / 2160x2160

We also need a silhouette icon for Android of size 24x24. This is used for showing notifications.

If you want to change the Splash Screen...
Please provide an image with the following resolutions:

240x360 / 320x480 / 480x800 / 640x1096 / 640x1136 / 720x1280 / 750x1334

768x1024 / 960x1600 / 1242x2208 / 1280x1920 / 1536x2048 / 2160x2160

Please provide a home screen header logo of 1338x338
