This document outlines the mobile app support services provided by iTouchVision. It specifies the platforms supported, the scope of standard offerings, and the conditions under which additional services such as Microsoft Intune support may be provided.

 

Supported Platforms

 

iTouchVision offers comprehensive support for mobile applications on the following platforms:

 

  • Android: Full support for all Android devices, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility with a wide range of device specifications and versions.
  • iOS: Full support for all iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads, tailored to leverage the unique features and capabilities of Apple's platform.

 

We support deployment of these apps from the relevant App store.

 

Standard Service Offering

 

Our standard mobile app support encompasses a broad range of services designed to ensure the functionality, security, and user experience of mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms. These services include:

 

  • Application Deployment: Assistance with the deployment of mobile applications on respective platforms.
  • Performance Optimisation: Tuning and adjustments to enhance the speed and responsiveness of the applications.

Exclusion of Microsoft Intune Support

 

Intune is not included in our standard support offering.

 

Support for Intune can be provided but will require additional work, and the conditions and costs will need to be worked out on a per-client basis.

 

Reasons for Exclusion of Microsoft Intune Support

 

  1. Specialised Requirements: Intune involves specific configurations and integrations that are not typically required by many of our clients.
  2. Resource Allocation: Supporting Intune requires allocation of specialized resources.
  3. Custom Solutions: Each Intune integration tends to be unique, and therefore, it necessitates a tailored approach which is more effectively managed as a bespoke service.
