Admin Users can now implement a Multiple Assets plugin on forms. This functions the same as the regular Asset plugin, but previously you could not select multiple Assets. This new plugin allows you to do so.
What steps do I need to take to configure the Multiple Assets plugin?
Go into Administration > Forms Builder and select the appropriate form.
Add a new Item, set the Item Type to "Plugin", and select the "Multiple Assets" option.
Scroll down to the Advanced section. Select the relevant Asset categories (up to five Asset Categories are allowed per plugin).
Save and publish the changes.
When filling out this form, the Multiple Assets plugin will appear within the flow. Click on the plugin to view the selection criteria. By default, the Asset list will contain all the Assets configured within the plugin.
Click to finalise the criteria selection. You can then click on "View Details" to view the details of the selected Asset.
