How do I configure the Advanced File Picker Plugin or the Assets Plugin?

Plugins provide more advanced functionality compared to standard Items. To insert a Plugin, select “Plugin” from Item Types, in the Attributes section. A menu for Plugins will automatically appear, from which you can choose a number of options.

Advanced File Picker enables the Form submitter to upload files, but also allows the Form designer to specify what document/file types are required. This Plugin is designed to make it easier for Users to design Forms that require specific documents from Customers.

You can configure which file types you wish to permit for uploading, and specify the maximum file size of each individual file.

You can add Document Types to the Advanced File Picker via Administration -> Data.

IMPORTANT

Please note that you may only have one Advanced File Picker per Form.

The Assets Plugin allows you to associate Assets that belong to your Organisation with certain Service Requests. This is a separate modular Plugin (see Assets article for further details).
