By default, this functionality is enabled for all clients. Please ask us if you wish to disable it from your own instance.
What steps do I need to take to enable the News module for the Customer Portal and Contact Centre?
Go into Administration > Self Service > Portal
In the top-right, set "Enable News View" to "Yes", and
the changes.
Once enable, the
button will appear for all logged-in users on the Customer Portal at the top-right side. From here, the user can search and view the news articles.
The
button will also appear in Contact Centre. When you go into a user's profile, the option will be available under View >
