Viewing Interactions on Contact Centre

Created by Mark Eves, Modified on Fri, 28 Feb at 12:40 PM by Ben Hayes

The ability to view interactions against a customer profile through Contact Centre has now been implemented. To access the interactions you simply have to open up a customer profile from within Contact Centre, and click on 'Interaction' under the 'View' tab of the right hand panel.

Clicking on 'Interaction' will bring up a list of the interactions logged with that customer in a clear, concise layout - similar to the alternative Interaction display from within a customers profile on the Community module.

Deleting an Interaction:

RBAC Configuration

The 'Delete' function is available based on RBAC configuration.

Under the Access -> Role -> Tick 'Delete interaction' on Contact centre to enable this feature for that access role.
