The Repeater Field Component permits the use of a Date Picker. This allows customers to provide answer values based on year/month inputs.
Go into Administration > General > Plugins > Repeater Fields
Go into the relevant Repeater Field group, or create a new one.
a repeater option, and set the Item Type to "Date Picker". You can configure the year selection range by defining the minimum and maximum values that can be selected.
Click and then the changes.
When this Repeater Field component is used on a form, the Date Picker will appear with the ability to select a date between the years specified.
