How do I Preview and Publish a Form?

Once a Form is completed or edited, it needs to be Published in order for it to appear on the Portal and the Mobile App.


You can Preview you Form prior to Publishing. To do so, set the Search Filter criteria to include “Catalogue”, select the relevant Catalogue, and then click on “Preview”. 



Simply select the Form you wish to Preview to ascertain whether or not is it ready for Publishing. Remember that all Buttons displayed on the Portal are configured automatically. Please note that self-configured Buttons are only applicable to the Mobile App. 



Once you have Previewed and tested your Form, it is ready for Publishing. You can Publish a Form onto the Portal by scrolling above the Filter Search, to the Publish Changes section. 



You will be able to see your Forms and their associated Pages that have not yet been Published. This is also displayed below the Filter Search, as each Page that hasn’t been Published will be highlighted in red. 



You can Publish individual Pages, or Publish as a group, by clicking on the appropriate boxes. Once selected, click on “Publish” to add the Form to your Portal.


Publishing new Forms onto the Mobile App requires the User to go into Self Service, under Administration, and click on “Publish”. 


Simply click on the “Publish” button on the following screen to update the Mobile App.
