PRE-REQUISITE: Missed Bin Collection Type(s) configured
Go into Administration -> Forms Builder. Create or select the appropriate Catalogue/Form, and add a Missed Bin Plugin Item.
Save and publish the changes (if this needs to be reflected on the Mobile App, remember to go to Administration -> Self Service -> Publish).
Users can now use the Missed Bin Plugin within this Form by entering an address to find and report their Missed Bins.
Select the Missed Bin, and click [Continue] for a summary.
When the Service Request is submitted, Admin Users can view it within Service Desk. The associated Task will also display within the ticket details, and within the Tasks Module.
