If both Access Levels are specified in the note type i.e. Customer & User, the system will send notifications for both scenarios.

Visibility


'Customer' Notes - will display on both the Customer Portal and Admin Portal (if appropriate access given to 'Users',


'User' Notes - these will display on the Admin Portal only,


If a User Note is locked down to specific Access Roles, only those Users with the appropriate access role can view the note in the Admin Portal.




 



Email Account for your organisation

The Email Account for the Council is defined in Administration > General > My Organisation > Contact Point > Email.


 



System integrations

Where note types are being used for any System integrations, these will behaved as explained.  The appropriate Note Types would have been configured as part of the integration set-up.

Click on  Add  to add new layout or click on the edit icon   to update an existing layout from the available list.
