Go into Administration -> Forms Builder.
Choose any Catalogue, and only show "Application", as noted by the black arrow underneath. Click on your Organisation (the only selectable option under "Forms"), and something similar to the following will appear on the screen.
Click on "Application Forms" in the list of catalogues, and scroll down to "Citizen Registration".
Click on "Citizen Registration", and scroll down to "Disclaimer" (Pages).
Click on "Disclaimer" (Pages), and scroll down to "Disclaimer" (Region).
Click on "Disclaimer" (Region), and scroll down to "Disclaimer" (Items).
Click on "Disclaimer" (Items). Scroll down the page, and you'll see the HTML Text Item that will allow you to update your Organisation's Privacy Policy. Remember to [Save] these changes. You will also need to update the Mobile App via Administration -> Self Service -> Publish, if you want the new Privacy Policy to be applied to it.
These changes will occur at midnight of that day, and the version will be updated.
