How do I create a HWRC product?

In order to complete HWRC Booking configurations, a HWRC Product is required. The process is simple, and outlined in full within this article. What steps do I need to follow to create a HWRC product?


Go into Administration > Products > Category

Click  Add  on the following screen.

Enter an appropriate name and click  Add  to save this Product Category.

Now go into the Products module and click  Add  on the following screen.

The following pop-up will appear. Set the Type as "Product", and select the Category you have just created. Enter an appropriate name, and select a Status that denotes this Product as available.


A price is a necessary part of Product creation, but can be set as follows. Set the Price Type as "Simple", and enter "0" into the Price field.


Select the appropriate Currency, and click  Add  to finish. This Product is now ready for use when configuring HWRC Bookings on your system.
