This article outlines the fixes and enhancements that form part of the v8.5 release, scheduled for deployment on Live MCS systems on 04-APR-2020.

Facebook and Twitter LogAdministrationFacebook and Twitter logos are now fully available and are displaying correctly throughout the system.
Rules and integration status changesRulesThere was an issue where rules would sometimes not fire when integration changed the status of a service request. This has been fixed.
Service Desk and Email Images in Google ChromeService DeskThere was an issue where service desk images sent out via emails would sometimes not display correctly when using Google Chrome. This has been fixed.
Status Re-orderingAdministrationThere was an issue where users would re-order statuses via Administration, but the ordering would not save. This has been fixed.

Auto-Renew and Expired ContractsContracts

Contracts can now be renewed and/or expired automatically. Within a Contract Template, under the "Expire" region, you will need to set "Auto Expire" to "Yes", and specify the number of days.


Error Message for Incorrect UPRNService Desk

If an invalid UPRN is entered, the system will generate an error message to inform the user.
