Task notification dynamic fields | Tasks | You can now use dynamic fields in task Rules to send notifications when an action is taken against a Task. This is especially useful where a Task has been created either manually or through a file import and is not against a Service Request. | Guide |

Attachment icon on Service | Service Desk | An icon will display on service desk to indicate whether a request has an attachment uploaded against it. | - |
