How to use the Observation Analytics report

Observation reporting

 

How to see observations made against assets

 

To see a report on observations made you will need to go into Analytics.

Once you are within the analytics screen you will be able to see a range of different reporting capabilities (depending on your access permissions). You will need to look for ‘Observation report’ you can search for this or continue to scroll until you locate it.

Once you click on the above option. You will see a screen similar to below, this will allow you to filter for specific observations made based on category, subcategory, what type of observation you are trying to report on and the time period of the observations you want to pull back.

Description automatically generatedIn the above filter you can see all options are filled, at this point you can click ‘Go’.

 

 

 

In the above filter you can see it has pulled back one observation made in the previous month. You can go into the asset if you click on the  button and make amendments or perform any actions on the asset. 

 

You are also able to download this report in multiple formats if you click on Actions>Download.
