  • Dark Mode – Enable this option to turn on and use the app in Dark Mode settings.

Mobile Chat

MobileOps offers real-time chat functionality within the app. Workers can connect, discuss, and share using MobileOps, allowing them to interact and send messages as needed. Additionally, users can send broadcast messages to all members using the broadcast feature.

Users can configure a broadcast message by-

  • Administration -> Notification -> Broadcast (Chat)

Points to consider for Mobile Chat-

  • Broadcast messages will be sent from the user via the portal to MobileOps as push notifications. It will be a one-way message.
  • For one user to chat with another, all must be using the MobileOps app.
  • For existing users, the first time they log into MobileOps, they need to click on the Chat functionality to enable it. Until then, they will not be visible in other users' contact lists.
  • Once a user is added to the Chat feature, they can have one-to-one conversations/chats with all other users as available in the list.
