How do I link Service Requests to Contracts?

Users can link contracts with service requests based on customers and location. To achieve this feature, please follow the steps below:

Go to Contracts -> Contracts details page 

Under Actions on the right side menu -> Link service

Upon click on ‘Link service’, the following window will open allowing the user to select the service requests based on the ‘Customer’ or ‘Location’.

The user can select and filter the reports based on either Customer or Location or both.

The user can view and select one or multiple reports from the list to link these service requests to the contract.

The user can also update the ‘Status’ of the requests while linking the service to the contracts. The same status will be changed and reflected on the original service request.

Once the service requests are linked to the contracts, then they will appear under the service request section on contracts details page.

The link will be recorded against the contract on View -> History.

Note – By default the ‘Link service’ is turned off. If you wish to use this feature then please raise a request with Abavus support team.
