How do I configure expiration for Advanced Contracts? (v9.0 update)

Admin Users are now able to configure expiration conditions for Advanced Contracts. This allows for automation of the expiration process.


 


What steps do I need to take to configure expiration for Advanced Contracts?


Go into Administration > Contracts > Templates. Select any existing Contract template, or add a new one.


In the template details, there is a new section called "Expire". This is where Admins can configure settings related to expiration policy.


Set "Allow expire" to "Yes" to allow the Contract to expire if no action is taken once the end date has passed. You can enable "Auto expire" and set the days - this will inform the system to automatically expire the Contract after the number of days specified. You will also need to set the appropriate expiration Status.


 Save  the changes.
