How do I manage Contracts from Contact Centre?

Go into the Contact Centre, and search for the relevant Customer account. Once you're in a Customer's profile, scroll down the right-hand side of the page, and click on View -> [Contract].


The following pop-up will appear, providing a list of all the Contracts that are being held against this account. To view further details, click on the "Edit" button to view the full Contract.
