How do I Deregister an Account on the Mobile App?

Customers now have the ability to deregister an account via the mobile app.


Firstly, navigate to the settings module on the app. Here, the screen should look like the following:



Next, simply press on the "click here to delete your account" button. Once this is done, an email will be sent to the account's email address to confirm the deregistration. The email should look like the following:


Now, click on the "deregister" button on the email to finalise the deletion.


To view all deregistration requests, navigate to the analytics module, then select "People - Deregister". Here, the user's deregistration request will be shown, with the request method being listed as "Mobile Application".
