How do I remove a User from my platform?

There are two processes you can use to remove a User from your platform:

Deregister

For use with an individual account. The Deregistration process will remove a User's account overnight, and anonymize their transactions with your Organisation. 

Merge

For use with multiple accounts related to the same person. The Merging process will combine the details and transactions into one master account and will remove the non-master accounts from the system overnight.
