How do I change my password?

Admin Users and Customers have the ability to change their passwords. Customers can change their password through the Customer Portal. Admin Users can change their password through both the Customer Portal and Admin Portals.


Certain Admin Users also have the ability to change passwords for any account on your system, via the Community Module. Please refer to the relevant documentation for further details.


Changing password - customer portal


There are two methods for changing your password in the Customer Portal. We recommend that you log out of the Mobile App before changing your password.



  1. In the Customer Portal login page, click on the Forgot Password? . You'll be asked to confirm your email address, after which a "Reset Password" email will be sent to your email inbox. Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.

  2. When logged in to the Customer Portal, click on My Account to the top right of the screen, and select the "Change Password" option. Follow the instructions provided to change your password.


Changing password - administration portal


There are two methods for changing your password in the Admin Portal. We recommend that you log out of the Mobile App before changing your password.



  1. In the Admin Portal login page, click on Forgot Password? . You'll be asked to confirm your email address, after which a "Reset Password" email will be sent to your email inbox. Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.

  2. When logged in to the Admin Portal, click on My Account to the top right of the screen, and select the "Change Password" option. Follow the instructions provided to change your password.


Changing password - mobile app


The only way to change your password via the Mobile App is through the login screen. Click on "Forgot Password". You'll be asked to confirm your email address, after which a "Reset Password" email will be sent to your email inbox. Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.
