This article explains how to set-up your system, both demo and production systems, with your organisation’s email address.
Go to Administration > Emails > Templates:-
‘From' - this denotes the email address which your system will send emails from. This includes all system emails such as Service Request Admission, Service Request Status Update, De-registration,
‘Reply to’ - this denotes the email address which you want to receive emails to if a Customer or User replies to a system generated email. This is not mandatory.
‘CC’ - this denotes an email address which you want to send/cc: system generated emails to. This is not mandatory. For your Demo system use this field to denote email address to sending emails to for testing.
‘Admin Access’ - from the login screen on the Admin Portal, a person click a button to ‘Request Access’. The email address denoted here will be used to send these requests to:-
