The administrator can define actual start date for renewal of advanced contracts similar to the contract creation actual date

  1. Go to Administration -> Contracts -> Template -> Template detail -> Price

  2. Select the product

Select the required option against actual start date on renewal
- Creation date : Refers to the date when contract is renewed
- Creation date + n : Refers to the renewal date + specified number of days (n=1 by default)
- Specific date : Refers to any chosen date
- End of current item + n : Refers to the current end date + specified number of days (n=1 by default)

Note – The renewal date will be applicable for the selected product only and not to the whole contract template. Also, the ‘Actual start date of creation’ is moved from template detail to pricing page and is applicable to the selected product only.
