Admin Users can now add customer profiles against Asset items. If, for example, an account on your system is associated with one of your Assets, you may wish to add their profile against that Asset for reference.
What steps do I need to take to add a customer profile against an Asset item?
Go into the Assets module. Create a new Asset, or edit an existing one.
Click on Add >
The following pop-up will appear. Search and select the account from the list, and what their role is in regards to the Asset. The system will auto-populate the start date to today's date, and is unchangeable - you are able to select the end date. The description is optional.
Click
to apply the changes.
Customers added against this Asset will appear on the Asset details page. You can view their profile by clicking on their name.
