Admin Users are now able to add external links against Asset items. If, for example, an Asset belongs to an external organisation, or there the Asset has certain context behind it, you may wish to add an external URL against the Asset for reference.
What steps do I need to follow to add an external link against an Asset item?
Go into the Assets module. Create an new Asset, or edit an existing one.
Click on Add >
The following pop-up will appear. Give the link a name, and provide the URL. The description is optional.
Click on to apply the change.
Any links added against this Asset item will appear within the Asset details.
