Assets by Service Request
This Assets by Service Request report allows a User to view Service Requests which have been associated with an Asset. The association between Asset and Service Request is further enhanced through Dynamic Data allowing Assets to be grouped and sorted by data in relation to an Asset. This could be something such as a vehicle registration number, MOT date or litter bin number as an example.
This report is currently being used as part of the Vehicle Inspection solution but can be used generically for all Assets.
The following steps are required to view the relevant data within this report.
1. MDM - Configuration for Modules and Forms
2. Asset - Category configuration.
3. Asset - Adding and Amending Dynamic Data on an Asset
4. Forms - Asset plugin
