The admin users can specify conditions that should be matched to control page visibility for users accessing service request forms.

(A) To configure the conditions-

1. Go to Administration -> Forms builder. Select any existing form or create a new form.

2. At page level, select ‘Yes’ to enable page visibility settings and select ‘All’ or ‘Any’ conditions to be matched.

3. Add conditions to be matched under page visibility section. These conditions will be prepopulated for selection based on the items on previous pages.

 4. save and publish the changes.

(B) Viewing pages on service request-

1. Go to service or customer portal and select the form.

2. On pages where visibility conditions are configured, the specified page will appear based on the options selected by the user and other pages will be skipped if the conditions are not matched.
For example, if ‘Yes’ is selected here it will take page 1 to page 3 and page 2 will be skipped when user will click on ‘Next’ button.

And in other case, if ‘No’ is selected it will take page 1 to page 2 on clicking the ‘Next’ button.

Note- When user clicks on ‘Previous’ then the flow will take it to the last accessed page which means the page skipped earlier will be skipped in back-flow as well.
