There are three levels of end-user access which can be applied to your system configuration
- Public (Anonymous)
- Registered (Registered citizens)
- Admin (Users)
Role-Based access control (RBAC) allows an organisation to control access to the appropriate information and objects within the system. Access can be applied to catalogues and forms along with the different modules (Tabs).
Roles are applied to users, which allows you to grant access for the users to
1. areas of the system such as Service Desk, Contact Centre & Administration, and
2. to access data within the system i.e. a specific Form.
