How do I control Page Visibility conditions on my Forms? (v8.7 05-SEP-2020)

The My Council Services platform now allows you to specify conditions for page visibility on Forms, depending on the answers given by the customer. This can be used to allow customers to skip pages that are irrelevant to their issue.

What steps do I need to follow to configure Page Visibility conditions on Forms?

1. Go into Administration -> Forms Builder, and select the relevant Form.

2. Go into the Page you want to configure visibility for. Select "Yes" under "Page Visibility Condition", and specify whether "All" or "Any" of the conditions need to be matched for a customer to be able to see or skip the Page.

3. Scroll down to "Page visibility conditions", and click  Add

4. The following will appear. Select the relevant question from the previous Page, and then select the relevant Answer. When Customers choose the answer specified, they will NOT skip this Page.

Click on  Save  to apply the changes. Make sure to  Save  and Publish the Page as well.

5. When a customer uses this form, and selects an answer not specified in the Page Conditions, they will skip the irrelevant Page.

In this example, the customer will complete Page 1, skip Page 2, and go straight to Page 3 instead.

Note
If Page 3's visibility is dependant on an answer value from Page 2, and the customer selects an answer on Page 1 that causes them to skip Page 2, they will also skip Page 3.

6. The skipped Page will also not be included in the information summary before submission.
