The page visibility conditions can be configured based on the hidden field values.
- Go to forms builder and set the page visibility to yes. The value from a hidden field can be used in calculations. Then, add a page visibility conditions on the right-hand-side menu, as shown below.
- It is important that the default value of any hidden field used within a page visibility condition exactly matches what is then configured within the Page condition answer
This can also be applied to control the access of a page by either Customer or Public roles. For example, if there are two pages, one for Customer and one for User, two hidden items must be configured:
These would have different default values and role-based access. For the customer version, the access level is set to public and customer with a default value of 1, for example. Then for the User version the access should be set to User, with a default value of 2. This means that only one of these items will be populated based on access roles and therefore will determine the visibility of only one page.
