How do I configure the File Plugin or Incident Date Plugin on a Form?

The Customers Plugin allows you to display Customer data as an Item within a Form. By selecting “View Details” in the Form itself, the Customer’s profile will appear in a pop-up.

File Picker is a simpler alternative to Advanced File Picker, allowing the Form submitter to upload unspecified images, documents, etc. Users can configure what file types will be accepted, as well as the maximum size of files, and how many files can be uploaded.

Please note that File Picker can be used several times in a Form, so long as it is inserted on different Pages. 

The Incident Date Plugin allows the Form submitter to select the specific date of an incident, which the system will recognise as the primary date when the Form is submitted.
