How do I pre-populate a product within a contract

Users now have the ability to default a product into the contract create plugin. This will now allow users to now pre-populate a container size product.

  • Administration > Contracts > Templates > Template detail

1) The first step is to go to Adminstration on the left hand side of the screen and then navigate to Contracts>Templates.

2) Once you have clicked on Templates you will then see a list of all templates appear as shown in the picture below. You will need to click on the edit box on the left hand side of the template you would like to edit or you can also create a new template by clicking 'Add' in the top right hand corner.

4) Once you have clicked on the edit button you will be taken through to the 'Advanced price' page. You're now able to enable the option to take the 'Is Default' option off by selecting "Yes". This will allow you to now pre-populate a container size product.  If you have enabled for more than one product, all products will appear as selectable in the plugin.
