Pre-population of appointment type from form

The appointment type can be denoted by a populated field from within a service request.

Dynamic fields for #APPOINTMENT_BOOKING_TYPE# can be pre-populated by an appointment booking type from a selectable list within a form (Example – Deliver).

The previous page fixed item code is used to pre-populate the appointment type in the plugin.

The appointment type can be pre-populated from select list item on form and can also populate the ‘#APPOINTMENT_BOOKING_ACTION#’ field to be passed over to a task or denote any details.

The #APPOINTMENT_BOOKING_ACTION# dynamic field will go in actions field if they have selected additional information in tasks and create an item in form.

If using a select list, the value set in the key column of the answer values must match that of the code set for the appointment type.
