- Go to Administration -> Booking -> Items.
- Select any HWRC bookable item and go to the item details page.
- Click on Add task from the right-side menu.
- The administrator can assign an owner to the task of this bookable item, which is created upon the booking confirmation.
- Once the booking is confirmed, the auto-generated task will be assigned to the selected user as the owner configured here.
This configuration will override the setting from 'Person' set on the Appointment booking configuration
NOTE
This is an optional field to select the owner. If the owner is not selected, then the tasks will be generated without any change. This task owner feature is available only for the HWRC booking plugin.
