How to add action/description on linked tasks via report rules

Go to Administration -> Rules

Filter or add any rule leading to action of ‘Create linked task’, navigate to Rule details -> Action.             

Go to create a linked task and add a new task. The task action and description added here will appear on the task module whenever the rule is fired.
