Configuring actions for a task created from a bookable item

From the booking configuration, the admin can select what is shown in the actions section when configuring an automatically created task. This includes ‘date’, ‘location’, ‘time’, and ‘items’.



  1. Go to Administration -> Booking -> Items.

  2. Select any bookable item (HWRC or Bulky waste) and go to the item details page.

  3. Click on Add task from the right-side menu.

  4. The user can tick the booking details to be copied to the actions section of the task, for example- timings, location, details, and additional information.

  5. Based upon the selection, the details will be available under the actions section of the automatically generated tasks against the booking of that type.

  NOTE


This is an optional feature. If no items are ticked, then the action region will remain empty. These options are available only for HWRC and Bulky waste booking plugins.
