How do I create and configure waste container types?

Container types apply to collections (e.g. Green bins for green garden waste, orange bins for recycling, etc).

Step to configure containers

1. Navigate to Administration > Waste. > Container, the container page will be displayed.

2. Click  Add  to add a new container or Edit  to edit an existing container.

3.  A new window will appear, where you will need to fill in all relevant fields

4. You can add multiple collection types in the 'collection' field.  This will enable you to use the container across multiple collection types. 

4. Then click the  Save  button. Remember to click on  Apply changes  button within the collection type.
