How do I open multiple tabs in MCS?

Users should never open up more than one MCS tab in a browser. This includes opening up different MCS functions in a browser. This will lead to issues where data (e.g. Service Requests) could be cross-contaminated, leading to a possible data breach.

1. User using two tabs and the same functionality in the same browser.

3. We also highly recommend that when opening up a service request that the service request is actioned by submitting, saving or cancelling before opening up another service request on the same screen.
