You cannot edit a Booking Schedule Template. If you make a mistake or your requirements change, you will need to delete the old Schedule Template and create a new one.
If a Booking has already been made by a customer using this Schedule Template, you will not be able to delete it until the Booking date and time have passed. For example, if a slot is due to end at 12:30, you will be able to delete the Schedule Template from 12:31 onwards.

Go into Administration > Bookings and appointments > Items
Select the relevant Booking Item and click the edit button
On the next screen, click on Add >
