Admin Users now have the ability to configure Rules that allow Task Status updates to directly update the Parent Service Request's Status, expanding the automation potential of the functionality.
"Task Status Changed" has been added to Rule Options.
"Update Parents Service Request Status" has been added to Rule Actions.
