The new join group plugin enables users to configure the notification subscription options on service request forms. It allows customers to opt-in to notifications based on their preferences.
How to set up the join group plugin:
1. Go to Forms Builder -> Add plugin item -> Select the Join group plugin from the list.
2. Go to the ‘Advanced’ section and select the groups as configured under the Notifications module. The selected groups will be displayed to the customers allowing them to subscribe to a group.
3. Save and publish the form.
4. Once the setup is complete, the notification groups will appear on the service request forms.
5. Customers can select the preferred group from the available options.
6. Users can still view and manage subscribed groups under the customer profile.
