Pre-requisites
Page visibility can be used on any form on most pages so that you can show specific pages to customers based off the answers they provide or a hidden value.
Note: Page visibility doesn't apply to the first or last page on web forms. Page visibility is not supported in the Customer mobile app
Initial Setup
To begin setting up page visibility select the page where it should be applied to. By default, the ‘Page visibility condition’ will be set to No and it’ll need to set to Yes to enable the functionality for the page.
Once the functionality is enabled the ‘Match conditions’ selection and the ‘Page visibility conditions’ section will become available.
To add a new condition, press the ‘Add’ button which will bring up a box. Use the ‘Question’ list to select a question to be checked. This list will allow the selection of a question or hidden field from any previous pages.
After selecting a question, one of two views will display:
A standard ‘Answer’ box where the expected answer is put.
A selection table where the expected values Can be selected. Multiple values can be selected where any selected value counts towards the condition.
The Match conditions determine how many conditions need to be fulfilled for the page to be displayed. ‘All’ means that every condition must be met for the page to display. ‘Any’ means that only one or more conditions must be met to display the page.
If a page's visibility depends on a question or hidden field located on another page that is itself subject to visibility conditions, that page will be skipped.
Any questions skipped because of page visibility skipping a page will not show on the summary page or on the service request information.
